The location was perfect, just a short walk from Osmanbey train station, making it extremely convenient to explore all the main attractions. Plus, the hotel provided a lift, which is not common in this area.

The water pressure in the rooms on the top floor could be a bit weak at times.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Osmanbey train station and the subway. It was very convenient for getting to all the main attractions in this city. The staff was polite and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was modest but tasteful.

Not one thing.

Very friendly staff, they even offered breakfast to our friend who wasn't staying at the hotel. the rooms were just like the pictures and the location was perfect, with the metro station and bus stops just a couple of minutes away. It was a calm and safe neighborhood, which was great for us as two girls traveling alone. the prestigious quarter Nisantasi and Rumelli Cd were also close by.

The breakfast area was in the cellar, which had no windows and was often stuffy. the choice of food was also limited.

During my recent stay at Istanbul Newcity Hotel, I had a great experience. The location was ideal, with the Osmanbey train station and many shops nearby. The room, although small for my family of five, was comfortable enough for our sightseeing adventures. The staff, especially Erkan, were extremely helpful and responsive throughout our four-night stay. They cleaned our room daily and made sure we had everything we needed. The area surrounding the hotel felt safe, even when we walked around with our small children at night. Additionally, there were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and markets within walking distance. The value for the price we paid was excellent.

While there were many positives about our stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. The road in front of the hotel was a single-lane, one-way street, which caused some inconvenience when taxis or delivery trucks were stuck behind us.
